To keep up my interest, I suggest a mini contest to my colleagues at work who are also into photography. We schedule and pick a place where we can have a shoot out and submit 2-3 photos from that set and let our other team mates decide the winner.
So far, we were able to shoot at two different locations this February. The Harbour and the American Filipino Memorial near our office.
